          Quality with
My contractor enjoyed working with it, thought it was good product. Delivered on a pallet neatly packed. We picked it for several reasons... First, it was going in our basement in a spare room, and it is waterproof. Second, because the Cameron color, matched our real hardwood red oak floors with jacobean stain, almost exactly, picture with sample tile over real hardwood. Last, it was a good price. We ended up putting the DMX underlayment down on the basement floor first and it went down fine. (4mm which is right over the 3mm threshold) Would use again, when we rip up rugs in basement.

Boxes say "random lengths". I ordered 45 boxes. 5 of them had different lengths, the other 40 boxes were identical lengths. Can't create a random pattern. Will return

              Ordered a Sample.. Buyer beware!
Being a pet owner a 3000 rating for hardiness and denting ability is almost 3x as strong as Oak! Then add 72 hours of water resistance! My Pergo XP floors fine print says resistant for 30 minutes and is warping after 3 years. This product may be the exact answer I'm looking for. It sounds too good to be true!!!...... well it is.... I ordered 2 samples. I did scratch tests and drop tests. I dropped a hammer from 1ft off the ground. Big dent. I dropped a fork from 4 feet off the ground. DENT! After a month I couldn't imagine what it would have looked like! I strongly urge you to get a sample and try it for yourself.

I have been doing a complete remodel of my main bath, and originally planned to use a linoleum tile for this revamp. Though I had wanted to install a wood or laminate flooring, to complement the wood looks of my shower walls and wainscoting, none of the flooring options I like were rated waterproof. Then I came across this attractive Hickory Jacoby offering from Acqua Floors. In addition to this products being "safe" to install in baths and "wet" environs, Hickory Jacoby is an engineered hardwood flooring -- that, for those not familiar with floating floor types, is a game changer. Engineered hardwood offers the best of two worlds -- a real wood top layer, and multiple engineered layers that increase strength, durability, and have a very high resistance to warping or structural change from environmental factors like temperature or moisture. This particular flooring has a hardness rating of 1800 -- in essence, a commercial grade floor for your home. The planks supplied include a number of shorter length pieces, which expedites your staggered installation, anf the layers are designed to form the interlocking edges which make the Uniclic install a breeze. Each Acqua floor plank is a unique wood-stone-plastic composite piece, and the hickory top layer of the Jacoby features beautiful light grain with great variation and an almost matte finish. This Acqua product comes with a limited lifetime residential/15-year commercial warranty. I'm very pleased with Hickory Jacoby overall, and highly recommend it.

I purchased this flooring to replace the cracked tiles on my kitchen table. I chose this product because it was advertised as 100% waterproof. After looking at the material I can see that the substrate is made of plastic. The visible layer is a wood veneer, about 1/32 inch or so i'm guessing. When scraping it with a knife it scratches relatively easily and pressing hard on the wood leaves a depression. The material is very easy to cut with regular hand tools. The material doesn't chip or splinter and generates virtually no dust, just plastic shavings. The pieces snap together tightly for a smooth look. The planks come in three different lengths to give your floor a more random look. There is a full length piece which is about 48 inches, an intermediate piece which is about 30 inches and a small piece which is about 18 inches. Each plank also has a foam backing so there is no need for a foam underlayment. Overall I'm quite happy with the product, even though I didn't use it for it's intended purpose.

Beautiful waterproof engineered flooring with a real wood look. This flooring is the result of years of engineering and is the only type of tile flooring I would use. You can beat the look, quality, and price. This particular color is awesome, a little lighter that the web photos but perfect for my application. These floor tiles are easy to install in a square room. Be sure to watch any available "how to" videos. The tiles cut easily with a razor blade especially on a horizontal plane. Vertical cuts are a little more difficult as it takes more force to break the tile at the cut. I would recommend using a sheet metal cutter for non-straight line cuts or even a rotary tool to be more precise. Cutting the boards around my toilet was a little difficult using a sheet metal cutter next go round will try a rotary tool. Installation can easily be done as a do-it-yourself project. I installed right on top of existing ceramic tile. I would recommend the old adage "measure twice, cut once" and I definitely recommend getting 1 more box than needed in the even there are any mistakes made. Unopened boxes can always be returned. I highly recommend this flooring to anyone looking to upgrade their space.

Very cool concept to have this flooring waterproof! Rated to withstand moisture for 72 hours. Really nice product and looks much better in person that in the pictures. I especially like the rubber backing which creates a layer of cushion on your feet and legs for comfort. We aren't quite ready to install this, until the kitchen remodel is completed, so we opened one box and inspected it. I was a little disappointed that in looking at each plank, there was one plank that had a flaw in it, a hole in the material, on the surface. It didn't go all the way through and we are going to research what we can fill it with if we need this piece to complete our project or put it in a corner against the wall so it isn't noticeable. Hopeful that this is a rare situation and that the rest will all be fine. I like that the top is made of real wood, and then sealed with a water proof wood sealer finish. Prefinished with a low gloss and a hand scraped finish. Planks have a micro-bevel edge and measure 1/4 inch thick x 5 inches wide and varying lengths. Each box is 16.68 square feet. Has a denting hardness of 3,000. It is not recommended to put a radiant heat mat under this product, I specifically asked this of the representative. Because it has the rubber base coat and layers of sealant, the minimal radiant heat you might get isn't worth the cost of the electricity to run the radiant heat system. I am looking forward to getting this installed and think it will look amazing!

I have installed engineered hardwood flooring in the paste, it's super easy and durable. So, I think I have some experience when I say the ACQUA FLOORS Oak Parker 1/4 in. T x 5 in. W x Varying Length Waterproof Engineered Hardwood Flooring (16.68 sq.ft) makes for a great surface in any room in the house. My wife and I plan to install this in our master bathroom. Since, real hardwood would be a bit of a risk because of moisture levels in that room on a daily basis, this was the next best thing. I would definitely suggest it to anyone.

This Oak Neah engineered hardwood flooring from Acqua is one of the easiest flooring installation I have ever installed myself. After doing other rooms with sliding sections after locking together, having trouble with locking them and needing to force with a tapping block and mallet, this room went together so smoothly. This is a very nice looking flooring. It is medium color oak. The plank color is very consistent. It does have some pattern on some of the planks so they are not just plain. They are five inches wide and one quarter inch thick. I like that the planks come in different lengths and the pattern is random. This is a floating floor that can go over many different surfaces. This flooring is a combination of a real wood layer that is glued to another layer, then two coats of wood sealer are applied, then three coats of aluminum oxide and an anti-scratch finish are applied. Then , two coats of matte finish top coat urethane. It gives it a waterproof finish. An underlayment is attached to the back so no separate one is needed. This flooring can be used above and below grade on most surfaces. There are finish pieces available.
