AnswerThis answer depends on the mounted height of the awning. The awning has an adjustable pitch, however it is set to have a 2' drop from the factory (i.e. If the awning was installed at the recommended height of 8', the leading edge would drop to 6' at full extension). You can increase or decrease the pitch to match your needs.

Easy to install with basic tools and a few minutes of time. Durable and high quality awning. The curtain is replaceable if it spends too much time in the sun or is torn by high winds. I will buy Aleko again if I need another awning.

I was dusting off the old camper for a road trip and decided to add some extra "luxuries" to make it more enjoyable over the long trip. I found this awning so we could have some shade when we were resting or parked for the night. It came pretty fast in the mail and was packaged okay. The box was a little bit damaged but everything inside was fine. Instructions were not super clear...but they were definitely used and needed to figure out what I was doing. I had my brother help me. It took us a few hours, but once it was up -- it's worked great! Overall happy.
