Modern is the look! The 5-Light Unique Irregular Brass Island Chandelier with Clear Wine Glass Shade light is a unique modern looking light that is great for over the dining room table. The connections at each light extension allow for the light to be twisted or turned to fit your desires giving you some input into the art of the light. The globes allow for you to use any stylish lightbulbs so the lighting look can be set to your tastes. I think the “Edison” style LED lights look great, but others can be used as well. An experienced DIYer that has done electrical can install this, but if you are not experienced with electrical, you should get an electrician. There is a problem with the way the light is shipped in that it is folded in two and requires the wires to be pushed into the connection and then the pipe part is threaded into the connector. This is difficult to do and requires that you take the cover off of the connector and pull the wires into the connector to be able to screw the pipe in place. Care needs to be taken to avoid twisting the wires too much and damaging the insulation. Five pipe sections are provided for hanging the light from high ceilings which is great, however, be careful that there are no burrs inside of the pipe that will damage the insulation. The one page instruction is not very helpful, so you will need some skill to make the proper connections at the ceiling.

This chandelier light by ALOA Decor is a beautifully designed light that is made of brass and has a very unique design. The light comes fully assembled which is great because the amount of time to install and set up the light was very minimal. The light requires five light bulbs that are an E26 base and a max wattage of 40 watts. It is recommended to use ST64 light bulbs to go with the fixture. Maximum handing length can be adjusted to 69.4 inches. All necessary mounting hardware is included with the light.
This light is extremely unique and can be adjusted to different shapes. I chose to go with ST64 bulbs that are 5000K and the light gives off a good amount of lumens. Installation and set up took me about 15 minutes. The light comes with glass bulbs that are easily screwed into place before you install the bulbs. I have a dance studio that I recently built and the light itself is very artsy and goes well with the overall look of the room. I really like the uniqueness of the fixture. Overall very well made and good quality.

This review is for the Aloa Decor 7-light Irregular Brass
Island Sputnik Chandelier. Model # 7050D260.
Out of the box, this light and its components speak of value.
It's manufactured of all metal parts and with the exception
of installing the ceiling mount and screwing in 7 light bulbs,
the light is totally preassembled.
The arms are all adjustable and are held in place with a set
screw after being screwed into the gold Y mounts. Depending
on how you adjust all the arms for your specific taste, this
light will at maximum be 63 inches wide and about 75 inches
from the ceiling, the height of which will determine how you
hang this. It comes with 4 different lengths down tubes so you
can adjust your distance down from the ceiling as you want it.
This light comes with 7 large wine glass shaped globes that
I think are absolutely beautiful. The only irritant I had with
this specific light, and it's an expensive light, is that it does
not come with any light bulbs. Why is that? I understand that
each homeowner may have different tastes in what they
want for a bulb; bright, mellow, yellow or clear, but it should
still come with a set of bulbs. I'm sure who ever designed
this beautiful light could have selected a light bulb that would
have fit it perfectly. We chose small 25w soft white globe bulbs.
This light is very easy to assemble and the instructions are
for someone who has installed ceiling lights before. I've
done a lot. But the instructions for this light are a simple
drawing, no words. Some words could have helped the
new lay person in its installation. Remember when you
throw the power to switch to this light before you work
on it, tape the switch into the off position.
We replaced our existing sputnik style with this light and
I am Amazed at the difference in appearance and light and
how it so much better fits this room. A highly recommended
light that will make its statement in any room its hanged in.
