Q:Does this equipment have the ability to pull a plug of dirt out of the lawn?

Answer This Question

A:  This item is used to break-up and turn the soil. You wouldn't get a one-piece plug to remove, but it would make removal much easier with a hand spade or shovel afterwards.

    A:  You use this tool by stepping on foot plate to drive the teeth into the ground and then remove your foot and twist the t-handle to break up the soil. This is an ideal for small to medium sized gardens and/or areas where tillers can't be used.

    The tool works great, I've been using it to turn...
    The tool works great, I've been using it to turn my compost and occasionally clumps will get stuck and compressed into the teeth. The grips are also a bit hard and cause blisters quick without gloves.
