One hell of a nut picker upper!!!
Super easy to use & really does the job. With very little effort this tool is like a spinning lottery ball cage. As it rolls across your lawn, where husks & nuts continue to drop by the hundreds from our black walnut trees, & the husks just pop right into the cage. Probably can snag 30-40 of them before having to dump the cage into a leaf bag. Super fast too & it also works great on mulched & solid paver stone / deck areas as well. Couldn’t be happier & no more bending over to pick the rotting husks up by hand, & no more raking them up into piles which messes up your lawn each week. Highly recommend! We’re considering getting a 2nd one to really cut down on the time needed to clear the entire lawn of all the husks & nuts scattered all over the place.

I was very excited when I found this product. I get a lot of acorns in my yard and have always searched for a product that could make it easier to pick them up. Unfortunately, this didn't live up to the expectation. To be fair, I may have purchased the wrong size for acorns. Perhaps I should have bought the smaller one. The problem is that it would only pick up acorns that were sitting on clean ground. I mowed my grass as low as possible but it still had a hard time getting them out of the grass. Even when it picked them up, as I was rolling it along the tines would open to allow new acorns in and at the same time would let the already captured acorns OUT. It was an exercise in futility. I really wanted to love this product and give it a 5 start rating but sadly, I can't. :(
