AnswersNo. It doesn’t come reversed. You would have to swap the switch and outlet inside the electrical box if it doesnt match the plate correctly.

Nice looking switch plate, but the screws are SO SMALL they barely protrude through the backside. Each screw is only about 1/8" long (not including the head). Takes a good deal of adjustments simply to get 1 thread to catch in the switch device holes. Screws only make 1 full turn, they're so short.
