AnswerHi Lady DiHeiser. This Faux Slate wallplate is available in the following configurations either online, in-store, or by special order: 1-Toggle, 2-toggle, 3-toggle, 4-toggle, 1-duplex, 2-duplex, 1-rocker, 2-rocker, 3-rocker, 1-toggle 1-duplex, 1-toggle 1-rocker, phone and cable jack.
do they make the cover for the electrical outlet in the same pattern

It was so easy!
This was my first time ordering online from Homedepot. I must admit was afraid. I'm the type of person who like to see what I'm greeting so I mostly shop in the store

bought these to match some we already had in place....
bought these to match some we already had in place. These are made inconsistently, and I had to modify most of them to fit standard outlets, used a diamond rotary bit.
