It goes well with our stainless steel kitchen décor. We love the brushed nickel and the patterned outer border trim. But it falls short in only one way: The provided screws were barely longer than the depth of the item itself, and thus did not engage with the threads of the existing junction box, which is buried only about 1/8 of an inch deeper than usual. The original (much longer) screws had to be re-used.

The wall plates are beautiful but unfortunately, I've had to replace the double plate. After about a year, the finish began to peel. This was on the plate that had the rocker switches. Purchased another and the same thing happened again after about another year. The outlet plate has been fine but that one does not get the same use as the switch plate. So, I will be replacing both with another brand. It's too bad, I really like the design but it's annoying to have to replace every year.

Nice wall plate for a man's place
I was concerned that is would not match the single wall plates I bought in the store but it did. The product is very attractive and masculine for my taste. I wanted to do some nice things in the house I bought but did not want it to look girly. The rope edge is really nice and will not look to fufu in a dude's house so go ahead fellas and hook up your place. Of course when a woman come over she is going to dig how you hooked it up.
