Comfy and perfect size

The tub is beautiful, but my plumber has to cut...
The tub is beautiful, but my plumber has to cut the bottom to install drainage. Talked with company but they can’t provide a solution. It’s finally installed after cutting, we just found out the button controlling water is not working!!!

The tub hasn't been completely installed yet. Will update once installed. The biggest problem we have had is the overflow connection. First it doesn't come with the overflow equipment nor the center drain which is a problem. The space to connect your standard overflow plumbing is not sufficient and has been very difficult to accommodate. We shall see how it performs once completely installed.

Good purchasing experience
Ordering, delivery and purchase was a great experience. Overall the product is a very nice jacuzzi tub. Drain is a little difficult which may require modification depending on structure of plumbing. On my model had to build a support deck to allow for drain. The part included to attach drain did not align properly so required a modification to the bottom of the tub to allow access for hook up. Basically had to cut out a small area at the bottom edge of the tub to attach drain to the included drain part to allow for proper installation.

Missing parts
We finally put it in and realized it was missing pieces! I ended up just buying them separate because Home Depot told me I’d have to call the manufacturer and deal with them! I don’t have time for that!! Other than that, it’s a beautiful tub
