The leaves in this pattern are very dark green with lighter green highlights. I put the pillows on turquoise green wooden chairs with matching chair covers on the front porch of my blue house. The pattern is not gray. I could send a close up picture if you want.
Going from memory because they didn't work for me--the colors are really more blue and green rather than gray. Hope this helps.
