When you open the door it pauses timer and cooking. Now if you open the door it keeps the fan keeps running. Anyone else run into this issue?

It was a good purchase! Spent little bit more than the cheap fryer out there, but it was worth it. Very good quality, workmanship and designed it well. We really like the rolling basket to make french frys. Throw frozen french frys and comes out cripsy in 15 minutes. Made pizza and came up so cripsy.

I love this, it's easy to use and easy to clean. I chose this because of the great reviews and the multi-function capability. I also wanted something with shelves instead of just a basket. I've had this for a few weeks now and definitely recommend, two friends have already bought theirs.
So far I've made coconut shrimp, chicken kebabs, potato chips, chicken tenders, pork chops, and it's awesome for reheating pizza, quesadillas, or pre-frozen breaded foods. Wings are next! It's quick and easy and has exceeded my expectations. The only issue is the loud beeping (5 times) when it's done!

I am impressed with this air fryer. We debated for a year on buying one and I'm glad we found this one. I have made "fried" chicken and pork chops that turn out nice and crispy. Frozen popcorn chicken and frozen tater tots turn out perfect in minutes. We also made doughnuts using packaged biscuits and you would swear they had been fried in oil. Our brown and serve rolls and garlic cheese bread turn out so good and I don't have to preheat an oven. Homemade beef jerky turned out delicious, as did the dehydrated apples. The included manuel and small recipe book give some pointers and recipes; and there are a few more recipes on their website but mostly it is learn as you go (and reading online recipes I googled). I haven't found any recipes or instructions for rotisserie chicken but I don't know if I want to deal with that mess anyway. You'll love this air fryer.

I've had this for two weeks and I love the way it cooks everything, however I've been having trouble keeping the door shut, when I have the trays in. I'm not sure if it's because the trays are to big, or if the clip part that latches the door shut is faulty. I literally have to hold it shut and turn it on and then it will stay shut. Other then that I love it. Maybe I exchange it and get another one.

What have I done without this!
This is such a great product. It takes a bit to figure out the settings but once you see how it works it’s easy to work. The amount of space inside is not as wide as your typical toaster oven but it holds plenty of food. I made 3 different foods on the trays at the same time and each thing was cooked to perfection. The fry basket is amazing. It make a little noise but no louder than other counter top apliances. So far we have air fried to perfection and baked. Have made teriyaki chicken thighs, biscuits, french fries, corn dogs, and bagels snd cheese. Where we live the summers are brutal and we dont run our oven. This will be a perfect replacement. Does not heat up the room! Highly recommend!

Impressed..Pros and Cons
This is my 2nd air fryer and I bought it because of the features, size and the price. It cooks well and is surprisingly easy to clean as I really thought the mesh racks would be a headache. The manual is awful, however, so if this is your first air fryer, you may get discouraged and aggravated as the presets are not even explained and there are many references to a basket style air fryer. Also, when you pull out the mesh racks, they will drip on the open door, of course, unless you put foil or something there. In my case, the dripping seems to have gotten into the frame that holds the glass and its unsightly from the front, when the door is closed. I guess it wasn't sealed properly there. Unsure whether I will get a replacement, return it or just keep it as is. This happened on the 2nd use.
