Do the bubbles consist of cold room air or how do you warm the air up?
This unit has an air pump only and does not have a heater so the temperature would be similar to the external temperature of the bathroom.
Can an in-line heater be installed to this product?
Yes, but it voids all warranty.
Tthe first question asked was "does it have an inline heater/" Ariel said no it does not now the same question was asked and Aeril said yes it has a inline heater... So which is it? does it or does it not come with an inline heater??
This unit is an air tub only. Therefore, it would not have tot have an inline heater. Sorry for the confusion.
Is there really only a 14” soaking depth in this tub?

What type of electrical plug does this require and what size is the pump?
Our units needs to be hardwired at 110 volt / 20 amps. l1- live l2-neutral green/yellow- ground.
Are you able to change out the faucet?
It comes stocked from the manufacturer. We do not know of any other valve assembly that will be compatible.
