Essence Bar 28-Watt Integrated LED Chrome Pendant

The Artika Essence Bar 28-Watt Integrated LED Chrome Pendant comes nicely packaged for easy transport. While unboxing it clearly it is made with quality materials from the chrome to the glass shade. The glass bar hides the LED lights while it brings plenty of light to the room at 1700 lumens only using 28 watts and since it has a warm white color at 3000k it is inviting. The light is dimmable so it does not have to be super bright all the time. Unique, elegant and modern design lights up under it with the brightest light and it diffuses all around the room. I like that the height is adjustable and rather easy to do so since it can hang down to 60 inches and can be up to about 20 inches. Or hang the light anywhere in between to your preference. The installation is easy and the adjusting of the height is also as easy. As for the cables that hold the lamp, they are slim so they disappear from the eye making the bar look as if it was hanging in midair creating a beauty of light. Overall it looks unique, impressive and it is well made for either room it looks exquisite.

ARTIKA ESSENCE BAR 28-WATT INTEGRATED LED CHROME PENDANT is cool new modern pendant. I have really liked every new Artika product's looks and designs. They are cool and i haven't seen any reason why people shouldn't try these and upgrade their homes to these new ultra-modern designer pendants. I have replaced one so far, but would be doing so everywhere possible.

I loved this fixture from the moment I took it out of the box. It feels as substantial as it looks, sporting a heavy chrome finish and a fascinating-looking slab of clear bubbled Lucite for broadcasting the light. What we didn't know from the product page is how the light disperses and refracts through the Lucite. While it casts some light upward, the downward light field is rectangular and somewhat focused. This makes it ideal for installing over a long dining table or in a hallway, but not so much for lighting a large square room from a single center ceiling mount. The LEDs emit a uniform, warm light and they dim with excellent precision. You can see the recessed light diodes if you look straight up through the Lucite, but otherwise there is no glare angle whatsoever. Mounting is quite easy for a two-cable hanging fixture. They provide a tethering hook to hang the assembly in place at the box while you make wire connections (see pic) - I appreciated this since this fixture is quite heavy! Finally, I love the cinch collars they use for adjusting the fixture height after mounting is complete. Simply push the cable into the ceiling box to shorten and push the little lock collar in to release cable for lengthening. I suggest using a bubble level while on the ladder to get it right the first time.

It's nice for the price point but does not give much light other then straight down, the base is a little cheap looking but i guess overall it was a satisfied purchase

However you label this include the words modern, attractive, efficient, and functional. It is identified as a Chrome Pendant” described as a “(light) Bar” but it serves as a high-end chandelier. Regardless of the words you use, it is a great addition to a room whether a focal point or an accent light over a couch! This is an LED light fixture, which means it is energy efficient and cool to the touch. It’s also very bright: the 1700 lumens are equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. (Note: it can be connected to a dimmer switch.) It is designed to provide diffused light. The LED “pellets” are invisible above the bubble glass bar, in the stainless-steel cap. The electronics are in the ceiling box, so there is low voltage coming down the wires. The pendant is heavy and will not sway in typical ambient air movement. Hence the extra wall anchors. Installation is, of course, Home Depot DIY easy. Consider recruiting a second person to hold the fixture while you mount it.

This review is for the Essence Bar 28-Watt Integrated LED Chrome Pendant by Artika This is a stunning fixture. The key is finding the perfect spot. Ok so I quit looking for the perfect spot, it took too long, and this is heavy. The sold chunk of glass is beautiful and kind of reminds me of water or a water fall. I am in the process of putting this in my bathroom, but I have to move a lot of stuff to get the look I want. You can adjust the length of the cables to bring the light into the level needed. The fixture is dimmable and the output color is 3000k so just a tad cooler than pure warm.

The 28 watt Artika essence bar came in packaging sufficient to stop any damage during shipping to this product. I took it out of the box and inspected everything and it is just gorgeous. The bubble style light bar is beautiful with its bright light and modern appeal. This beautiful light is going to accentuate the Granite island in our kitchen with its shiny chrome finish and clear bubble bar. I like that it is adjustable in height from 60 inches down to about 20 inches so when we do install it we will be able to adjust it to our needs.

In my opinion Artika makes the best lighting products available at their price point. I have several of their products and they have won me over with everything from the quality of the product down to the presentation of the packaging their products come in. This is another great light which I will be installing over a bar in my game room. As long as they keep the quality and pricing of their products consistant, I will remain a loyal customer ...my favorite part of this lamp is the bubbled glass....it looks really high end and modern when the light is on

We love how this essence bar 28 W integrated LED chrome pendant light lights up our dining room table. It is the perfect size 60 inches in length, it’s dimmable, but it’s not super bright luckily we have high hats in the dining room anyway. It would’ve been 100% easy to install unfortunately it weighs 12 pounds so you need somebody to hold it while you’re screwing in the Over the electric. But it is LED and it does Save us money in the long run over the incandescent bulbs we had there before. It’s 1700 lm which is pretty bright as it flows through that bubble glass, which is pretty modern the chrome matches our dining room table hardware.

This is a review of the Essence Bar 28-Watt integrated LED Chrome Pendant. The maximum hanging length is 60” and the minimum is less than 20”. We set ours at 25” from the ceiling to the bottom of the light and it still looks very nice. My opinion is that it could go several inches shorter and still look really good. The light bar is 1 1/4” thick, 4 1/4” high and 29” long. This light bar is made of “Bubble Glass) with an LED strip built in near the top of this bar, probably just above the bubble glass and encased in the Chrome metal that is on the top of the light bar. The light bar has some flake type design on each of the long sides. The bottom and the short small ends are completely clear and most of the light comes though these sections of the light. The long (other 2) sides do let some light through and gives a really attractive glow. I have included some pictures to show before during and after assembly. This light looks fantastic and we love how the chrome and the light bar accent our white cabinets and the lighter colored Granite we have in the kitchen. This light is working great in our kitchen above the kitchen island, above our stove top. It is only 28-watts and puts out 1700 Lumens. The LED is design to last 50,000 hours as 3 hours a day. That would be some 17 years of life for this light. The LED is not replaceable, so when they stop working in about 15-20 years you might have to replace it. The money on electricity saved compared to standard bulbs will pay for this light in a very short time. I did a little calculation regarding how much money we will save a year compared to using 4 (60-Watt) bulbs. At 12 cents a KWatt(standard for our area) and using the lights 3 hours a day on average, we will save $27.86 each year just on electricity cost. This will not include bulb replacement costs. In about 4 years this light will have paid for itself. The chrome is a nice touch and installation is very easy for a light that weighs over 4 pounds. I did most of the installation by myself - the light has a built in strap and hook to hold the light up while connecting the wires. I did help from my Wife to hold the light while I secured the base to the bracket. The most important part of installation is know how to move the cables in and out of the support bracket. To pull then up is easy, to push back down we needed to release the push connect. We love our new light.
