Q:The product description says this floor is solid hardwood but the video shows what looks like an engineered wood floor. Is the flooring solid or engineered?

    Q:Why do the flooring samples look absolutely nothing like the images? Like not even remotely alike? Screen variance accounted for, my samples I ordered look like a completely different product. Are the samples or images most accurate of the product?

    A:  Hi Grace, The samples themselves are the best representation of the floor. We always recommend getting samples to ensure the color is what you want. We do our best to capture the product's true color in pictures, but pictures can't account for the lighting in your home as well as other factors that may determine if the product is exactly what you are looking for.
