The Awntech Bostonian awning is a dome-shaped style door and window awning applicable for residential homes and commercial buildings. The commercial grade aluminum frame is strategically handcrafted, offering a divine curvature structure. The Bostonian comes with Beauty-Mark Brand 100% acrylic fabric offered in a variety of solid colors. The canopy fabric offers optimal shade, has a resistance coating to prevent mildew, water, fading and UV sun ray damage. Each Bostonian canopy comes with a wavy valance that hangs off the end of the canopy and it is aligned with a chorded white trim. Awntech fixed awnings are durable and engineered for high winds and heavy snow. I have a frame already put up by another company. Can I just purchase the cover?
Awntech can only manufacture awning covers for our frames. There is no guarantee the cover will attached in the same manner when the awning was manufactured by a different company. Depending on the year the awning was manufacture, we may be able to replicate a cover.
What size Dome Awning will I need to fit a 36x80 door?
If your door is an out swing door, the 3’ awning will fit as long as you have 26.25in between the top of your door and the roof. If you have a in swing door, then you can lower the awning a couple of inches down on the door.
Our glass storm door is 36" when fully open and there is only 17" from the top of the door frame to the roof line. Based on the projection and height of this product, will this product work?
The dome style awning will not work for your available space. There are other models that will be able to fit the 17” mounting space in the height available.
Can my manual awntech awning be changed to a motorized
The Bostonian awning is a fixed awning that is not adjustable.
I need to replace awning currently hanging but would like to know how to measure it to find out what size I need.

Can you get just the fabric replaced or do you have to purchase the whole structure? I already have one & just want new fabric.
Hello. If the frame was purchased before 2018, the entire awning will need to be repurchased. If you purchased it in 2018 and after, the fabric can be replaced and you will be able to always purchase replacements for that frame.
HOW DIFFICULT IS THIS TO INSTALL? I AM A SENIOR LIVING ALONE AND WOULD NEED TO HIRE OUT.
This awning is not difficult to assemble nor install for anyone who is a Do-It-Yourself or professional installer. If you need assistance or an installer, please contact your local Home Depot at the millwork department for additional assistance.
