Looks good. heats bad
I bought 2 stainless steel units. and it looks great. but the heat is horrible. it was not windy and had to be very close to feel the warmth. For 644 usd I can but some really nice lights and not have to keep refilling propane.

The stainless steel gives your back yard a better portrait view. I like that we can see the flames. Dislike fuel consumption going thru a lot of propane. I’ve had it for about a month. But overall it exceeded my expectations family and I are outside enjoying the Texas weather.

BLUE PLASTIC COVERING IS A NIGHTMARE
The metal pieces are covered in blue plastic that is horrible. Spent hours peeling it off. The actual assembly was easy once I got the plastic off. Used a clothing steamer to warm up the plastic and loosen the glue - seemed to be marginally better.

Not for New England weather. Sturdy. Pretty to look at. Maybe it will be effective in the Spring when we just need a few more degrees of heat to be comfortable. Assembly was challenging.

Do not buy if you want to use for more than one season
The top screen broke and the entire top fell off. This thing cant be bought anywhere. When I called the company they apologized and said they aren't taking backorders because they haven't even started making the replacement parts. I was told that it took them several years before they started selling parts on their other lines of heaters. The employee went even further to say that he had tons of people and retailers that were looking for this specific part. Not sure one star reviews will make a difference and get them to support their product but we can try. Part number "SGT-SCREEN" Hopefully these are available soon. If they are not, plan to buy a new one when the screen breaks!
