It's 12' just like the description. You can spread the legs at the center, but at the end it won't close if you have them outside of 12'

This looks good until the wind starts to blow. The panels are held in place with Velcro, and the sewing is so poor that they rip out from the posts. The zippers don't work freely either. If you get a 20-35 mph wind you are in trouble unless the wind direction is perfect.

Not sure how well it will hold up. Parts were missing and some holes where the clip goes in were not drilled out, so I had to drill it out myself. So far, it looks good and if it holds up, will be pretty perfect for my needs.
