Are these see through? Description says semi-opaque. I don't need them to be room darkening but our kitchen faces the street and I need something that at least blocks the view into the room from outside.

I think these do block the view - they let in filtered sun - I live in an apartment and there are windows in the building opposite mine very close and I can’t see anyone through them.
