Metal broke
The chair looks great and I think is reasonably comfortable for the price. However, one year in the metal housing that supports the stability of the chair broke. Now the chair tilts forward and is very loose on the metal pole it sits on. I have not been rough with the chair and I only weight 150 pounds. So feels like cheaply made or design flaw. I don’t know if Home Depot will accept a return. The chair isn’t exactly cheap. You can see the crack in the photo.

I am very happy with this purchase and Home Depot's delivery of this purchase. The communication was very clear in when I would get this product. I didn't know Home Depot sold office furniture like this. I stumbled upon this listing and I am going to shop around Home Depot for future furniture purchases. HD beat everyone else in price too.
