These panels are 48'' high by 32'' wide. The pattern is orientation sensitive, so the pattern will be sideways if installed horizontally.
It is not recommended being used as inserts on a second-story deck railing.
I believe so. They are made of abs plastics, and are remarkably resilient. I would use a saws all or skill saw to cut them. Be mindful of the plastic dust!
Yes, this model is paintable.
Our panels do come in a variety of sizes. We carry a (4' x 8') panel. This is our largest size. All sizes can be ordered at Home Depot through the Pro Desk.
To be honest, I did not weigh this, and I hung it living room wall, with screws, and its not heavy. May be between 1-2 pounds.
Yes, you should be able to attach this to the ceiling. This s not heavy.
It would work depending on the size you would need to fit in the box. If the span is to great it may start to sag without the proper supports.
The panels we bought from Home Depot are 32" wide. The manufacturer has custom sizes that you can get but the shipping for the panels is $144 whether you buy one panel or 10. The Home Depot panels worked great for us and were shipped to the store for free.
I believe my husband used a regular table saw to trim one of the panels, otherwise we did not have to cut them.
