What is the exact measurement in inches of each of the square holes/openings?
Mine was shipped flat. The larger 4 x 8' panel shipped rolled.
There is no trimming required. The panels come finished and ready to install. The panels are a cellular PVC material that can be used for indoor/outdoor applications.
I do not see a problem. I would first snip the protruding nails flush to the wall. The panels are a little flexible but strong. I would fasten them up with round head screws painted white to match the panels. (you can paint the screw heads by sticking them through a piece of cardboard and spray paint them) Predrill a clear hole in the panels where you are going to locate the screws. Lay out the panels ahead of time to fit the walls. Any cutting can be done with a jig saw. I used these panels to close in under my front porch and a large raised deck in the yard. They are strong and look great. They should last forever. I hope this is helpful. Good luck.
Yes our panels can be painted. PVC is an inert, static material with minimal response to environmental conditions (water, sun, etc.) which makes it an excellent material for paint. The material has a matte finish which aids in paint adhesion. Though no surface preparation is absolutely necessary, it is recommended that the surface be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or acetone just in case dirt or unseen oil is present. Wipe with a soaked cloth and quickly wipe away any excess cleaning solution. Lightly sanding the surface may be beneficial though this may leave unsightly sanding scratches that can be seen if applying light coats of spray paint (not so much if using a brush). Buffing with an orbit buffer is an option. Use micro poly-fiber pads
This is not so very sturdy..it has to be attached to something to stand alone. We used it around the bottom of our deck for basically just visual appeal
Just watch the video and they show you how to cut it.
Horizontal in this instance means laying flat such as a pergola top or outdoor ceiling type application. Horizontal is not in reference to the pattern orientation.
The open area is 1.5 " square. I have this as skirt around my deck and I really like it.
is this the smallest opening for the squares
