No it doesn't; I doubt it weighs 50! I had no trouble with weight, but it comes as is, strapped, and is a bit unwieldy. KennyG
I don't know why-I had mine shipped to my local Home Depot with no problem. Talk to a store rep. from that store to ask why. KennyG
Should be able to; just specify on your order, or-use that store's actual website. KennyG
Outside Diameter is 3 5/8". Inside diameter is 3".

For the irrigating, I think it would work, keeping in mind that it will come out faster closer the where the water enters. It is designed for seepage into the ground, in a French drain system. As for the GPM? It is a 3" corrugated pipe, so whatever would go through a pipe that size would be slowed a bit by the corrugation, and come out the other end. Plus, the higher rate would generate pressure, which would push water out the slots faster. If too much pressure is generated, the pipe would burst, as it's not intended for that use. So, no idea. Anyway-that's my educated guess. Good luck. Like my use, it's cheap enough to try. KennyG
No. I also only needed about 30 ft., but could not find it anywhere shorter, and it's not available in stores to cut off as needed, as far as I could research! So, use the 50 ft. you need, and try to sell online the remainder-had I known, I would then have bought it from you! There have to be others in the same situation. Keep in mind that this is perforated flex pipe, not solid, so even though it will carry excess water from here to there, it is designed to let it dribble out over its length. Ironically, I now have about that much I am not going to use, but have not yet set up to sell anything online! KennyG
I would think maybe about 3 ft. without compromising it's structure. Maybe a bit more if you chance it. KennyG

Keep in mind that this is an unusually small drain pipe. 4" is the small standard size. That said, most dry wells & catch basins are probably designed for 4" or 6" pipe. A 3" pipe will not carry as much, but being perforated will dissipate some of the water. If that is what you want, and the 3" size will handle the load of the catch basin, and it & the dry well will accept 3" pipe, then my uneducated opinion is that it should work. You have a bit more "homework" to do, to decide. Good luck!
