No. Honestly I don't even think they'd make a 45.
No, you want metal.
My contractor put some under a concrete path, not very deep in the gravel bed. In case I ever want to run wires or need more drains.
This pipe is not perforated.
Yes, I bought it for that exact reason and its been working great. Launched at least 8 shells out of each pipe so far and no signs of stress or cracks.
I would not because its not rated for that purpose even though dryer heat ordinarily does not get that warm I would use the aluminum tube made for that. I myself would not want to be that guy in the neighborhood when everyone is pointing to "Oh that's the guy that used a plastic tube for his dryer vent" as the fire department shakes their head and covers the face and snickers and points to you! My shoulders are not that broad.
To answer my own question, they do in fact stock it at the local store, but it doesn't seem to be on the website for some reason. Not sure why that would be, considering they do list the 4-inch version and the 3-inch perforated version. Looks like model #3550010 and SKU 137634.
I suggest using polyurethane adhesive, as this produce is made from high density polyurethane. I'm pretty sure the PE adhesive will stick to PVC as it adheres to many materials.
10 feet!
No - you will need a rubber cuff. Try to return the perf'd....
