2 weeks after its initial arrival the water level remains at low. Not a great big deal since I water them everyday but it’s annoying bc anytime anyone comes over they point out that the waters low and aesthetically it’s annoying because the red light on the display. I have clean and taken it apart but it’s still not working.

This is my third Aerogarden. It’s also my favorite. The prompts are so easy to follow, and the arm goes way up to allow for tall plants like tomatoes. I might just get another one!

I’m thrilled with my Aerogarden. I bought the Harvest for my son for his birthday. He loved it so much that I decided to get one for myself. I bought the Bounty Basic. It was super simple to set up. The greens, basil, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers grew so quickly. Only one of my bell peppers didn’t sprout. In about 6 weeks the greens are ready to be eaten. My whole family are enjoying watching our food grow.

This system is so good we bought a second one for flowers to join our herb garden. I thought nothing was black-thumb proof but it is simple, easy, and grows well inside my home. I can't hype this enough!!

The updated design is sleek and the operation is easy. My main concern is the pods. You sent replacement pods, 5 cilantro and 4 basil. The basil are great but not one of the cilantro seed pods sprouted.
