I bought this to replace the one I had on my AC unit. I knew I would have to do some work to it to make it install as easy as my worn out filter screen. Did it work , kinda, did I know what I was getting , yes . It was just more difficult making the modifications to it than I expected. You can use it as is and I'm sure it would work fine, would u buy it again, probably cause I know how to make it work as I wanted it to now.

This filter/screen has worked great at keeping the cotton from the neighbor's tree out of the condenser. Would recommend.
