Sticker on the back
The vent itself looks like and works as advertised = 5 Stars. The sticker on the back of each vent is ridiculous. I found a very easy way to take them off. Place all vents in the sun for 1 hr. Then they will just easily peal off. Don't try to take them off w/o heat. They will just rip. Therefore I am downgrading to 4 starts. I hope this helps other customers.

    Loose the sticker
I found that WD40 would also loosen the sticker. Upgraded one star because it they are made in USA.

      Sticker
Vent is fine. Sticker is not. Duct tape worked for me on these stickers.

I have purchased these previously and required more after an addition. They work well and look nice to boot.

Works just fine, sticker came off with a heat gun
I read the reviews that said the sticker on the back was difficult to take off, but what I did was to pull out my heat gun, set it on low heat, then waved it around about an inch away from the sticker for about 10-20 seconds. The aluminum grill got hot but the sticker peeled right off. I took a small Philips head screwdriver and pushed it through the grill side up under the sticker just enough to push a corner up from the mesh, then used my fingers to grab and slowly peel it off. Installation tip - A different website says the grills should be mounted so that one can't see in, i.e., with the grills pointed towards the walls of the house. It wasn't easy finding #6 x 3/4 white headed screws to install it though.

          The bar code sticker!!!!!
The bar code sticker is ridiculous!!!! I tried flat razor blade. Goof Off. Compressed air from the back side. You have to get them to put a different sticker on these so that it comes off!!!!!!!
