New, revised, lavender scent is awful.
Why on earth did you change this? I had in the past bought 5-packs of refills, but I'm lucky that this time I only bought a 2-pack because the scent has drastically changed and is now just awful. Used for 1 night on the smallest opening it was not only a bad scent but way too strong. I'll put the the used bottle back in the pack and give it to Habitat for Humanity. I'll keep the plug-in unit for a while, but I'm not interested in trying any of the other scents at this time. I'll have to look elsewhere for an acceptable lavender.

Bring back the original Lavender & Chamomile
I absolutely loved the scent of the original Lavender & Chamomile plug-ins. I had them all over my house and received many compliments from guests. However, the "New" version of this scent is absolutely awful. The smell if completely different than the original and quite frankly, it stinks. Please bring back the original scent! I recommend advertising it as "Original" so we will all know it is safe to purchase this product once again.

The warmer do not last 2 refills
I have been using multiple warmers in my house rooms (I purchase the kit in SAMS). But in the last few months, the warmer does not release any scent after using it with the first refill. I still have scent bottles here that I can't use because all my warmers are broken now.

Not the original formula
I am devastated you changed the formula. It’s such a nostalgic smell to me, and now it’s gone. Please, please go back to the original formula. The new one smells horrid.

Please bring back the old Lavender and Chamomile!
The new lavender and chamomile does not compare to the previous scent. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel strongly enough about the loss of the previous Lavender and Chamomile Air Freshener to take the time to write this. There was a pleasant and non-cloying quality to the old Lavender and Chamomile that I really loved. I am very disappointed in the new scent and am curious why Air Wick felt the need to change the fragrance formula? I immediately noticed the difference and not in a good way. I won't be purchasing this fragrance anymore unless the old scent can be restored. The new scent is overtly sweet and not appealing to me.

Bring back old scent
I just bought a new house and wanted to make it smell like home so I bought my old favorite- lavender chamomile. After plugging in for a few hours, I couldn’t figure out what the horrible, cheap air freshener scent was in my house. Eventually I figured out it’s the lavender chamomile plug in. They changed the scent but didn’t put a warning on the package. It’s ridiculous to do that to loyal customers. I’m throwing these away and will never buy again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Gag!
Bring back the real lavender chamomile!

Hi, Kellie. Our 60 day claim is based on robust testing by the Air Wick Research and Development team. Each Air Wick Scented Oil when used on the lowest setting for 24 hours per day, dispenses up to 60 days of our fragrance. The bottle may appear empty for the last few days of the life of the fragrance, but the wick will still be saturated with fragrance which will evaporate into the room in the normal way. Since this is not your experience we recommend you decrease the setting of your device to allow less fragrance to emit, and to prolong the life of your fragrance. No, just no. The formula changed
If you’re expecting the scent to be what you remember, you will be highly disappointed. It smells like old lavender lotion. Super strong and unpleasant.
