I had the Allure Luxury Vinyl (Rustic Maple) installed in my kitchen in August of 2020. Since then I have noticed that it emits a fine dust or film that shows up on the bottom of my kitchen cabinets, my black appliances and my chair legs. Is this toxic?
How thick is this flooring and is it Pergo??

I'm not sure when it will be back in stock we returned on box to South Hill Va. Depot. They probably have it there. You could call them and ask about it. Hope this helps.

My entire upstairs is Allure Ultra and I love it. However, A few of my planks have separated at the end leaving as much as a 1/4 inch gap. I saw a you tube video where they attach part of a long piece of tape to the plank and then slam their knee into the tape and it repositions the plank. Is this what I should do? Thanks for your help
I don't think this is a solution to your problem since the planks have a lip to interlock the planks together. Go on to the companys web site and they will explain how to cleanly replace the planks. I think this is what will need to be done to close up the gap.

How many pieces are in each case?
I can't remember but if you take the square footage of the area and divide that by the 19.8 sq. ft/case that will tell you how many cases you will need. You have to allow for waste(I think you add 10%) and I always want extra. GOod product.
