    A:  Yes. To expand on that, mine either leaks or splashes and I had to place a tray beneath it. I tested it in the kitchen for leaks and did not find any, so I am left to assume it is splashing. I am returning this fountain.

      Q:What are the cleaning instructions for the fountain (not the pump)? Also, does it measure 16" or 17" high? The description says one and the photo says the other.

        A:  There is no on off switch, you have to unplug it every time. I’m not sure about running out of water as I consistently refill it, you can tell if it’s getting low because the water starts to bubble and froth.

              [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say first obviously its beautiful but it is easy to set up as well. The sound is so relaxing and calming. It reminds me of a small stream running in the mountains. If I put this ends up in my bedroom no doubt my insomnia will improve!!!

                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this fountain! It looks fantastic up on my counter and I am very happy with this product. This was made by the Alpine corporation and it was very easy to get set up. There was nothing hard about getting this ready and set up. The instruction manual that came with it was very easy to understand. I've been wanting to get a fountain for a while but I wasn't sure until I received this fountain that I know I want to get more products like this.

                      I tried every suggestion from the internet to hear fountain water ambiance and i just never could. A quiet pump is a good thing but we dont get the sound of the water. Its lovely but im returning it.

                        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super easy to set up. The instructions are easily seen and read and it took me less than 5 minutes. It’s a beautiful piece! The water sounds are so gentle and soothing. The motor volume will depend on which surface you have it on as it can be softer or louder. The only thing I wish it had is a turn off switch so I don’t have to unplug it everytime.
