Natural Looking Rock Fountain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad that I chose the Alpine Corporation 3-Tier Rock Fountain for my home. I'm planning to move it outdoors, but I have been enjoying it indoors for over a month now while we are redoing our patio. I think works well wherever you want to add a natural and zen element.
The fountain really looks like it is made from rock, thanks to details that look and feel like weathering, green moss and rusty colored areas. The moss isn't just painted on and has a nice texture, but you need to take care not to rub it off.
The LED lights are the perfect level of brightness, and they create a nice flickering glow when the water is running. The lights and the water pump plug in separately, so you can use one feature without the other if you want. It would have been nice to have a switch to turn off the lights without having to unplug the light cord.
I have found the fountain to be easy to set up and maintain. I used a bit less than 2 gallons of Publix Purified Water initially, since distilled water is recommended. You may want to have an extra gallon on hand for topping off the fountain when needed. I haven't had any issues with water splashing from the fountain while it is running, but I keep a towel handy when I take the pump out to check it because water will drip from it.
The pump has a control to adjust the water flow, but I didn't notice a difference between the high and low settings. I keep it on the lowest setting, and the pump is quiet with a only a slight hum. The sound of the water flow is not too loud, but I would have liked a touch softer. I played around with adding some river rocks from a rock painting kit, and I think that subtly changed the sound.

Realistic and Relaxing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super impressed right out of the box with this 3 tiered fountain. It’s a nice size for indoor or outdoor use. It’s not small enough for a table but would look nice in a foyer or large bathroom, as well as outdoors in a garden or on a patio. The attention to detail on the fiberglass was very realistic, with hints of green that mimic moss and various shades of earth tones sprinkled throughout the rocks. I also liked that there was a rock looking piece that slides over the back portion to hide the access panel for the pump and the design is smart because there is a small area that the electrical cords can come out of.
It was easy to set up. At first the water wasn’t flowing but once I got the pump fan facing the right direction, it was running perfectly. Because this unit features both water and lights, it requires two separate electrical outlets if you want to run both together. I like that the lights are LED. When the fountain is running the water sound is very relaxing and the lights give it a lovely ambiance. The unit feels solid and well made. I think it is the perfect addition to any garden.

Looks and sounds great!!

I decided to get this Alpine 22" Tall Outdoor 3-Tier Rock Waterfall Fountain with LED Lights for him a few days ago, and he loves it!!! It was very easy to set up. The water sounds are so relaxing and the lights really make it more beautiful. We both love it!!!

I bought this for a little fairy garden for my wife for Mothers Day. All I can say is she absolutely loves it! From me: The fountain is really easy to set up, I think it took me like 10 mins with having to put the pump inside, find a cord to run the electrical, setting it in place and then filling with water. The pump is quiet, you almost dont hear it at all after a day of cycling water thru it. You can dial up or down the water flow (tho I left mine on full) and the sound is VERY relaxing when you're chillin by it. It has little LEDs on each of the tiers that is really cool and also very relaxing when you're chillin at night around it. All in all, very good little fountain for the money, totally recommend it!

I'm always a bit hesitant about ordering online because it's often not what you think you'll be getting. This was exactly what I was looking for in size, shape and color. It was easy to assemble. The sound of the water is loud enough and you do not hear any sound from the pump. I've had this fountain in place for about two weeks.

The sound of the water falling is so relaxing. I built it up on paving stones, place some rocks around it and ceramic frog and turtles, and I'm very happy. It's especially nice at night when the lights light up the water falling.
