40 in. Tall Outdoor 4-Tier Rock Water Fountain with LED Lights

Easy to assemble, light enough to move before filling. It suggests two people to open and remove from box but I had no help. Just handle it carefully hand one person can manage it. Up working and is so relaxing.

Such a wonderful addition. Tranquility of water sound as well as visually stunning. Accented with our jade plants it has helped transform our patio to such a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fountain is beautiful and large. It was perfect for the corner of our outside patio. Measuring in at about 40”H x 23”L x 18”W, it is made of resin, stone powder and fiberglass and while it is not overly heavy it does have some weight to it to move it around. It can be used indoors or outdoors. It’s rust resistant, weatherproof and has a UV coating, but the directions recommend if using it outdoors that you apply an acrylic sealer to it each season to protect it from color wear. You can touch it up with paint as needed. It really sounds like a waterfall flowing down the stone tiers. Just have to remember to check the fountain periodically to make sure it has enough water in it at all times so as not to blow out the pump motor. To prevent algae forming and also potentially ruining the pump it’s recommended to use an algaecide in the water to keep things clean. I particularly like the LED light feature on this fountain. It gives off just the right amount of light. The lights are white only. It would have been neat if they were color changing or you could choose between colors but the white lighting on the rocks looks very nice at night. The lights and the pump each plug in separately and there’s a door on the back of the fountain that the cords and tubing can store in. Also, it is easy to assemble and use, just attach the tube to the pump, attach the adapter to the light cord, fill the fountain with water, then plug it all in and let it go. Another nice feature is that it lets you adjust the flow of the water as it travels down the fountain!

I put mine on my covered patio and it adds such a nice relaxing ambience, especially in the evenings with the lights on. Very happy with this!

I love this fountain. it sounds like a babbling brook, not too loud. I didnt think I would love the led lights but I actually do. the best part is my birds love it. Just today I had a goldfinch bathing in it a couple feet from me. my hummingbirds love it too. When a guest comes over I always get a compliment on it. I've had it for about a month and have not had to add water yet but I'm in a pretty damp climate in Pacific Northwest

I've been looking for years for some sort of a thing to put in my front courtyard in a vertical railroad tie structure (see picture) that the previous owner had filled with a garden statue. All the statues I looked at seemed ridiculously small for the money I was willing to spend, but then I had the inspiration to look for a fountain. This fountain filled the bill. The fountain was delivered 6 days after I ordered it, and total set-up time was only about an hour. It's run fine for about 3 weeks now. The rocks look very realistic. I read through all the questions and answers, so knew pretty well what to expect. Although the box said you must have two people to unload it, with the help of my pocket knife I simply cut through the box along 5 sides and unfolded it like a tulip from around the foam mold the fountain was packed in, after I made sure it was standing vertically. Since without water in it, it is pretty light weight, I was able to pick it up and move it to where I could inspect everything inside the comfort of my home, and then put it together according to the directions. The three LED light cords inside were somewhat tangled and hanging a bit lower than I wanted them in order to keep them out of the water, so I took each apart at their (probably) waterproof connections and rearranged them so the connections would not be submerged and then moved the fountain, empty, into position. Before filling it I made sure the pump was sitting correctly inside the fountain's base and set the flow rate about mid-range. Happily, that turned out to be fine. I made sure to leave enough room between the back of the fountain and the timbers so I would be able in the future to take the pump out and clean it without moving a water-filled fountain. (The back door slides into place and is not on hinges.) Instructions say to pour in 6.5 gallons of water, which I did into the bottom bowl from the front. When done the water level in that pool will be about 2 inches or so when the fountain is not running, so you can just add water when that gets a bit low. I'm using tap water because I live in a hot, arid climate and didn't like the prospect of buying multiple gallons of distilled water and lugging them home each week. Our water is good quality, with low particulates. I bought an enzymatic solution off the internet that is safe for birds to keep the water free of algae, and so far so good.

Set up the fountain today. Love the calming sound of the water. Perfect size.

We installed this in March and with no rain-related, nor weather- related, nor lifestyle- related problems, we have this awful fading. Additionally, we have not been able to adjust the pump to change the velocity of the water flow. We need to add water every two days because of evaporation. Otherwise, we like it. We saw reviews that warned us of these issues prior to buying but wanted to give it a try anyway. Too bad we ignored them. We did not expect only six months before the combination of issues would require this review.
