Q:One additional question, is the total unit 20" wide or 20" deep....the website shows a picture labeled 20" wide but in the written description it says depth is 20" and width is 14" ... Since we are adding this to a structure, we need to know exactly.

Nice addition to our small courtyard
Many positive points to this fountain. The set up was very simple, up and running in about 20 minutes. All the parts were present and the parts fit together without issue. The pump has a dial to increase and decrease the flow, but there was zero discernible difference at all - and hence the one star deduction. I think I might like a slightly lesser flow, as there is some splashing. But as you can see from the photo, you can see that the fountain does produce nice flowing sheets.
The sound is nice, if a tiny bit louder than desired.

I absolutely love the product! It’s the perfect size and love the sound. However the plastic tube that it came with to connect the pump to the fountain did not fit and requires us heating it up with a blow dryer before we could stretch it enough. Also it would be impossible to run it all day as it loses a tremendous amount of water while it’s running. We literally have to add water daily to keep it from running down to the bottom where the pump is and burning out. Not sure why so much water comes out but it requires us to turn it on and off frequently instead of keeping it running like we originally planned. Other than that, it’s beaut

Needs some kind of safety feature to shut off the pump if water goes out if pump gets clogged in any way the water just goes everywhere and literally dries out and this happened to me and the pump ran dry for a couple hours before I found it

Poor design
Horrible design behind this product. Should have listened to the other reviews about water loss due to even the slightest winds. Had to at least once sometimes twice a day.

Near impossible to screw in the bolt that holds the...
Near impossible to screw in the bolt that holds the top portion on so it’s wobbly. Unit itself sits crooked so a shim had to be used. High maintenance overall.
