Fairly easy to setup this lamp give off great light for a small room. Can be used as a bedside lamp with no issues. May not be able to give off enough light for a larger room.
OK, for the price

The price was great, until you see the lamp completed - then its only OK. The 'paper' shade is actually plastic with paper glued to it, which does make it stronger than just a paper shade, however, the shade comes folded up in the box, and the creases don't just come out. Also, one of the un-creased sides has the seam which is easily seen as a dark strip on the edge when the light is on. Therefore, if you only look at the one good side, it looks great ...just don't look at the other three. Will have to try a steamer to see if it will relax the creases?
That is, unless you get a poorly done shade. We bought two lamps - the first looks fine (on the one side only, of course), the other didn't look so nice, with very random folds.
Assembly went well enough (a little trickier than average) and watch the tube sections as the threads don't like to find each other very well - cross-threading feels a little too easy.
For the price, though, they were, uh, good.

Easy to assemble, be careful not to be too rough on the shade. Gives a nice warm, muted light, just what I needed in a dark corner.

I love it. It looks pretty, very easy to set up, light weight and provide enough light in the room. I am not even using recommended 100 W bulb. Definitely recommend it.
