I bought this product in April 2017. Hired a handyman to help me install it thru the wall. It worked pretty well in 2017 and most of 2018. It stopped cooling for the end of Summer 2018. I cleaned the filter and other things that I thought might improve the unit's operation. It's not cooling at all this year in 2019. I thought air conditioner was suppose to be a commercial-grade unit, so maybe it would last longer. It's installed in the wall, so it's not trivial to replace it.
