Yes
have not seen the chart. Home Depot website says: "Amana 6,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier and Remote" just installed the unit in the wall (next to window) and it does not have a heater. It works fantastic when it comes to cooling this small room.
YES: Just submitted a review with a picture showing a wall installation. It works great. Brick outside wall in south east TX (very humid) and this unit replaces an 18 year old Frederic. Wall install, no problem
Yes, it includes a dehumidifying as part of the cooling process.
No.
have a small room, less than 250 sq ft, As the temp is set to 74 the humidity comes in around 50% in humid south east TX. No, it does not have a stand alone humidity control. The whole idea about an A/C as you may know, as it runs it lowers the humidity %%. I run the fan on low and that means that the a/c compressor stays on longer, this allows me to control the humidity level to some degree.
190 is relatively inexpensive for a unit with humidistat. Look for one without the humidistat if cooling is your main concern, because all AC units remove humidity. You only need the humidistat if humidity is your main concern, or if you need humidity control, while it's not cooling season.
Was delivered on time took minutes to install works fantastic
It comes with the standard window install kit as any window unit.
NO, make sure you don't. It uses the small reservoir under/back of the compressor to store the water and it is being evaporated as the unit runs. If you hear the fan hit the water or you hear water drop noise, that is completely normal.
