A bright highlight on the tip of the angle slopes down to burnished bronze beading on the outer edge and another highlight on the inner edge. AnswerHello and thank you for the inquiry. This is a solid wood moulding. It appears to be aspen or a similar hard wood with excellent stability.

I ordered this beautiful mirror when I saw that its finish matched the brushed bronze finish of our bathroom plumbing. At first I had tried to find a finish that matched the stained wood vanity, but had no success. This turned out to be even better since it's right above the bronze faucet. My wife is very happy.
