NOT CRAFTSMANSHIP
If this is what you think is CRAFTSMANSHIP is then you should go out of business. I didn't see the flaw until after I installed it and had sealed the outside with liquid membrane and tape. Don't even try to say you didn't see the miss cut, because you filled it with some type of cheap foam not even vinyl. You try to explain to your customer why you will need to rip out a new window and eat the cost!

I bought the windows to put in a towerstand for deer hunting. The overall operation and nailing flange work great but they sent me windows with a grid inside. I will not have time to reorder windows prior to setting up the stand 6 hours away so I am hoping to be able to swap out the moveable portion of the window with one without a grid later on so I have a clear field of vision for hunting. Windows appear to be good quality, just disappointed in the grid.

I had this installed by a professional when my kitchen was being remodel. The first window came in and the glass was cracked. I returned it to the store and they were very helpful. The second one came in quickly which was a good thing because there was an opening in the wall that had to be boarded up . When it did arrive it was perfect. Fit right in. Looks great.
