These units are just pretty cheap. There felt weather stripping is loose, gobs of silicon at edges, very thin glass. I would not want to spend all winter looking through this thing or sleeping near it. Now the good. Shipping. delivery via FedEx was 36 hours, double cam locks are impressive for the price, user friendly installation, stock size inventory is convenient. As stated in the title THESE ARE ONLY GOOD ENOUGH FOR A NON LIVING SPACE(GARAGE/ATTIC/SHED)

Installed 8 windows professionally all with varying issues. The best is they don’t keep the outside noise out. The worst is seeing outside through the seams. I honestly have never seen such poor quality and am surprised Home Depot sells them. They should be removed. Sadly, I now have to have them professionally taken out (I can’t even build a birdhouse!) and new windows installed after paying to have these out in. I’m out a lot of money bc I didn’t read the reviews first.

The glass was dirty with glue streaks that i cant get off. Fingerprints were left between the glass panels and lots of little globs of glue. The price was reasonable and installation was also fairly easy. But the little globs of glue stuck in between the glass look aweful. And for that reason i would not reccomend.

There was mistake during assembly with the window glide not being installed properly—not sure how quality control didn’t catch this. The result is the window not operating appropriately, potential further damage to the frame, and a gap between the glass window and frame.

In New York State, the Energy Star Certification required for permit is: when a U-Factor is 0.30, the SHGC must be 0.42 or more. I purchased 2 windows from the N.Buffalo store (which they had 4 total) with the U-Factor of 0.30 and SHGC of 0.29. This is a rating for warmer climate (south of Pennsylvania). Home Depot is allowed to sell you windows that will not pass for permit. I feel sorry for anyone who has purchased these already and installed them. They must think it’s a poor product, it’s not

manufacture or someone needs to check the windows for any extra silicone or glue that isn’t suppose to be part of the window. now i am tasked with having to remove this or return and wait another 2-3 weeks for a new window. what if i damage the glass trying to cut it off? what is are ways to remove safely?

Window came with bad welding on corners, you can see the weld line over conections plus many connections are not align.

This window was ordered and picked up within a week - super fast, it was extremely easy to install and looks great. I plan on buying 5 more in hopes I can get them installed before Winter.

I picked up these windows in February and had them installed in April. Now the grams on the windows have cracks and the frame around one of the latches has cracked. Now when I call to see what can be done I am hearing it is all up to the window manufacturer because Home Depot will not do anything. DO NOT BUY THESE WINDOWS!!! A poor value because for what you pay you are throwing away your money. I will have to replace with new windows at my cost. Never buying windows from Home Depot again.

Please note the website mentions a U-Factor of 0.30 but the actual tag show 0.33, this might not be an issue for most people but when your city gives rebates based on U-Factor of 0.30 and under this does not qualify.
