Cheaply made
Ordered specialty sizes which arrived in store shortly but all the corners are glued together with caulk and some kind of foam material to make up for not exact cut of the frame!! And plumb and square better be exact when yo install. Shop for better quality!!!

These are not very well energy efficient
Keep looking you do not want these windows. Very low quality.

Quality of the windows undermined by new pivot mechanism
I am a contractor who has installed many of these windows. I was very happy with the quality of their construction and ease of installation until recently. The last windows I installed had a new, blue plastic pivot mechanism in place of the older metal one. This plastic pivot does not allow for easy installation of the window. With the older style pivot, I could easily insert a window into its frame by myself. The new pivot required a helper to hold one side of the window in its pivot while I tilted the window to align the other side into its pivot . A home owner would be hard pressed to do it on their own. The old design simply allowed the window to be lowered into its pivots via an alignment groove. This groove is missing in the new design.
In summary, it was a good window at a reasonable price, but I would not recommend it if it has the plastic pivot. By the way...you cannot tell if it has the plastic pivot until you remove it from its packaging and remove the window from its frame. Hard to do at the store when picking up a whole house-full of windows.

Best value for replacement window
This is an easy window to install although make sure you have good level attachment cause the casing is very pliable and you can bow the frame when you screw into place and it will cause window to come out of channels

Good value
Good value for the price. No complaints. Looks nice and seems to be relatively well made. I have almost zero carpentry skills and was able to install this window with no problems.
