Straight TRASH
These windows are the 70 series which is the next step up from the cheaper 50 series, so I was expecting more from this product. After installation which didn’t take long, I noticed that I can see the daylight through the bottom part of the window on the sides. And no I didn’t screw them tight as to cause this. The only thing separating the window from the side of the window is a fir strip and you can see through it! Never again

No when your Management team to whom I spoke relentlessly to send an associate as promised from the local Home Depot 4640 Adams to collect the last Window of the three from my home and my new purchased order of three windows arrive and meet our specifications both in measurements and quality I shall in good conscience furnish my review (today is 06/13/2020 I yet await) .

Very Pleased With This Window
Purchased this window based on the reviews and I can't complain. They did not carry this size in my local HD so I oredered online and received it within a few days. I had the original wooden windows with metal sashes which could only open by using some force. I replaced the window myself and the hardest part was removing the old window. Its only been about a week but im very pleased with the look and funcionality of this window.

We replaced 8 of our windows using this better 70 series window. The installation went well and I truly thought these windows were of great quality. I have since noticed that ALL these windows collect condensation on the bottom part of the upper sash (where the window locks are). In the first week I noticed it and called the American Craftsman customer service number. She assured he it was just the weather change and nothing to worry about. I thought I had done something wrong, but I was reassured I did not. The windows seems to seal up, I cannot feel any air leak, but every day we have this condensation that sometime come up about 3/4" from the bottom of the sash.Why would new windows do this??? My indoor humidity usually stays around 50% or lower so that shouldn't be the issue...We are very disappointed.
