Locks on the 2 windows we bought broke within a week of installing.

Impressive quality for sub-$200 price, huge 60x47
Chose this model for its huge size and in-store availability to get it done before the cold weather. Installed it in a new cutout in concrete blocks by creating a buck even though it has nailing fins and was for "new construction." Locking not as smooth.
