Thank you for your inquiry concerning the 70 Series Slider Dual Vent Fin windows. The easiest way to remove the screen is to first remove the operable sash from the frame. Then, rotate the clips of the screen from a horizontal to a vertical position. Using the screen tabs, pull inward to free the screen from the frame.
