BarbaraNJ, Thank you for your review of the 3 Spray Showerhead. Unfortunately you are correct you cannot limit the water to use less than it's maximum flow rate which is 2.5 gallons per minute. We do offer other low flow shower heads, but not in this style. Your American Standard Consumer Connections Team.
