Yes, I have 2 and they both do it. I thought it was the Rubber Wax-Free Seal I used (rather than traditional). But I also suspected the toilet was just off a little bit. Someone gave me the tip to slide a little cement under the edge.
If only you could. Don't bother to ask Home Depot for any help. Mine arrived with a broken tank and two different departments told me to basically go pound sand. I had to buy a whole toilet to get the broken part replaced. Then I have to schlep it home from their store and then repack and schelp back the broken parts to get half my money back. Wow. Great customer service.
