AnswersI bought and installed mine last year. I would guess the box with all components weighs approximately 75-80 lbs. The box is somewhat large which makes it a little harder to manage, but I was able to carry it upstairs by myself.

The 10" rough-in fits nicely in my older home bathroom. A nice upgraded look from my 1966 toilet. Flushes much more efficiently and uses less water too. Absolutely am pleased with this product. I did have it professionally installed to insure that the flange was properly secured to the floor (it was not when I removed the old toilet) and that the toilet was level to the floor without using shims.

The slow close seat is great. No slamming down and waking your spouse! I hope it stays that way with age.... The flushing is quiet, and uses way less water than our old commode. We got this commode originally because we needed one with a different rough in than the original. We like it.

Takes too long to flush
I hate that you have to hold the handle down for the toilet to flush all the way. The other two toilets in my house I push to handel down and forget it. With this one I have to make a conscientious effort to stand there and hold the handle down for the toilet to flush all the way. I often forget and have to wait for the tank to refill and do it again. I wish I would have brought one of the other toilets on display.

Flawed fank makes flushing difficult
This is a horribly designed toilet. I bought this because it was the only 10” rough in toilet Home Depot has for sale. The tank is so small that the float cip and the water level adjustment rod rubs against the sides of the tank. This has given me issues with the tank not filling up after a flush or the water constantly running because the float cup gets caught on the side of the tank and doesn’t raise up and turn off the water. I had to put a spacer between the fill valve and the side of the tank to get the float cupto somewhat work I also have to hold down the handle for 5 seconds for it to actually flush.

Great toilet
Fits my 10in rough in. Only toilet I could find in 10in. Bowl refills with a nice pool of water. tank empties quick during flush. our double flushing days are over. I liked it so much I bought two of the 12in version. almost forgot. the toilet set is comfortable and works as advertised. Great Product!

I may have to return this toilet. It is impossible to attach the water supply to the tank because...
I may have to return this toilet. It is impossible to attach the water supply to the tank because of inadequate room to attach to the tank. Could be that the tank and bottom don't belong together. My installer is trying to modify the supply attachment to make it fit. If he is unsuccessful, I will return it and get a different brand.

I purchased this toilet and was very pleased with the ease of installation and its operation. But after about a month a crack had formed at the front of the bowl. I brought it back and purchased the same model again but it doesn't flush as nice as the first one. Overall it works well but not happy about having to install it twice because of the crack.
