GOOD MORNING, MY NAME IS LORRAINE THOMAS, AND I HAVE AN AMERICAN STANDARD WHIRLPOOL TUB. THE ACCESS PANEL GOT DAMAGED AND I'M DESPERATELYY TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT. I'VE HAD THE TUB ABOUT TWELVE YEARS, AND THE MODEL NUMBER IS WASHED OFF THE TUB.

When we start our tub it seems to cycle between normal jets and what American Standard seems to call "wave function" (ie. the jets shoot out water/air and then stop and then do it again in a cyclical manner). Is this normal? How can I stop that?

How do I clean the jet system with pump #7521-112-300? Â All I could find was System II for other identification. Â We seem to have mold build-up in the piping.
