    The 16.5" that are considered the Right Height or Tall height are as tall as we manufacture.

    You will want to check with your local store for exact pricing but the round bowls will be less expensive because not as much china is being used.

    pissa, this is just the bowl, if you need a tank to fit this bowl it is the 4149A104. This particular tank uses 1.28 gpf. You may want to visit the American Standard website if you are looking for an entire toilet, there are many different versions. Your American Standard Consumer Connections Team.

    Tank and bowl do not attach proper
    January 12, 2021
    Just bought and installed the AM ST Champ 4. The installation was straight forward but upon completing the tank to bowl portion of the install and running water / flush test, notice water trickling out of the sides, between the tank and the bowl. Backed up, removed the tank and carefully installed once again. No luck, - 3 times a charm. Nope. Called American Standard, and they are more than willing to send a new bowl and or tank. It appears that the tank is not sitting - attaching to the bowl proper. I cannot tighten the two bowl bolts any further due to possibly cracking the porcelain. There is little room for error on this design, thus Am Standard believes the top porcelain piece that attaches to the tank is faulty. They are shipping a new one but as mentioned earlier, this is a bad design. Waiting for the replacement parts to arrive.
