    I need to replace a broken trip lever on an American Standard toilet (6.0 lpf/1.6 gpf). The tank has 4266 molded into it. Toilet was installed in 2015. The original trip lever and rod inside the tank was plastic. The handle has a chrome look.

    Is there a metal trip trip lever for an AS 4266 toilet? The plastic version is garbage and lasted about 2 years before it broke.

    Plastic cheap handle and you have to order online
    Made out of plastic cheap Handel I brought the toilet at Home Depot and you would think they have replacement parts But no you got order this piece of junk online! I think they want you to upgrade the toilet because of the cheap handle!
