Everyone desires a nice new sparkling sink that doesn't have all of those scratches and dents. I require dual bowls on my kitchen sinks. You always need that second bowl for things like air drying or getting clean water when other bowl has suds in it. Put something dirty in one side and can still have the other side for whatever you need..

This stainless sink combination has all the items you need to replace a kitchen sink. I needed to replace a 35 year old kitchen sink. The colony all-in-one stainless steel sink, drains and faucet come together in one value priced package. The sink is beautiful and looks far more expensive than it costs. The matching drains comes with the package and are easy to install. I recommend installing the faucet prior to dropping the sink into hole - much easier to access. Sink fit perfect into existing 33" X 22" hole. The new sink was 2" deeper than the old sink so the drain up pipes were shortened to accommodate the deeper sink. The sink mounts pulled the sink down evenly around the perimeter. (Hint: when securing the mount brackets, go around the perimeter many times and slowly tighten each mount to ensure and even surface). The faucet is beautiful and works great! The long neck allows the faucet to extend nicely into each sink. The pull out sprayer with a button to adjust spray from a nice linear spray to wide angle for rinsing. My only wish is the sprayer head was magnetically held into place; however, the spray head does retract nicely back into its nesting position. Overall, a very nice all-in-one sink combination at a great value! .

This sink and faucet combination look great together. the sink bowls have a layer of a rubbery material on the underside of them to reduce the noise you would get from average stainless sinks. It also comes with the drains, which is nice so you don't have to find some that match. The faucet is pretty straight forward to install. The pressure is fair, but not great, and the sprayer works good. The only thing I didn't like was the adapter that goes from the single hole faucet to cover the other 2 holes in the sink. I think that, for what you pay for this set, it should at least have a rubber seal instead of having to use silicone. Other than that, I really like the looks of it.

The 8” deep American Standard sink fit the bill. As an added bonus, we got a new faucet and sink baskets for a completely new look. During the install, I found that I didn't need to caulk around the sink baskets strainers. They come with gaskets that keep everything sealed and makes the sink look better without the caulk oozing out from under the edge of the baskets. I did have to run a bead of silicone caulk around the sink rim to keep water out of the cabinet. The top mount installation and special sprayer coupling sped up the installation. The faucet comes with a special ring that not only screws down to hold the faucet but has 3 adjustment screws to lock the faucet in place. See photo. The sprayer hose comes with a coupler to make fitting the hoses through the sink holes easier. Once everything is in place just snap the coupler together and pull the locking ring. Even attaching the retracting weight for the sprayer hose has been made easy. I just set the weight into the plastic case, placed the weight between the two arrows and tightened one screw. Great set if you need an all in one set without having to buy each item individually. The sink is pretty good. It should last you over a decade. The faucet seems to be pretty good as well. I strongly suggest greasing the threads before tightening the faucet to the sink so it's easier to install and take off in the future. I love how it comes with the strainers as well. You may use only one since you may need to use your garbage disposal's strainer. The sink is about 9 inches deep, which is enough for some but some are going 12+ inches deep. Great for washing dishes but that may mean you need to rerun some drain lines/garbage disposal. You'll also lose some space underneath the sink. With this one, it's not as deep but you still will have a lot of room under the sink for storage. I like drop in sinks, especially for rentals since it's easier to replace if needed. Undermount sinks look great but can almost never be replaced without breaking something.

We've only had the sink/faucet in for 5 days but it got a good workout with all the holiday cooking/entertaining. Had work done by plumber and he had no issues with installation. Like the deeper sink. I also like the faucet--a lot. It is very handle to grab built in spray when using the faucet.

I do love my new sink. My old sink was 17 yeas old and it was a white cast iron sink. Over the years the old sink became stained and scratched. What I truly like about my new sink is that it came with faucet with pull down splash. I think this sink will last a long time.
