We just installed this faucet in our laundry tub. The handles glide to turn the water on and off with ease. But the faucet is very stiff when I move it. Will it loosen up over time? Or is there a problem with the faucet?
Asked by Lisa65 January 12, 2020Lisa65, The spout should turn smoothly. You may want to get another seal kit which is part number 021087-0070a. Hi, I need a handle for this Colony Soft Collection, 2-Handle High Arc Bar faucet. The hex screw has fallen out and the inside of one of the handles has worn rounded inside so it no longer will turn the hot water on/off. Faucet mod number is 247.500.002

Can I mount an Eye wash station to this faucet?
Asked by Maintenanceguy February 21, 2018Not sure how you would attach anything to this faucet. It's pretty basic and a little flimsy to use in an emergency. Suggest you look at more substantial faucets with that feature.

Impressed, engraved or stamped into the china will be a four-digit number starting with a “2” if you have a one piece toilet or “4” if you have a two piece toilet, and will be 4 digits long. .
I need a new spout for the polished chrome Colony Soft 2-Handle High-Arc Bar Sink Faucet. The threaded trim piece that connects to the base cracked and cannot be reused. This threaded trim piece appears to be plastic. Can I just purchase the spout?
